In the backstory in the game's instruction manual, 'Klump the Kremling' traps Diddy Kong in a DK Barrel before stealing the banana hoard with his group of Kremlings. In the Game Boy Advance remake, Donkey Kong can obtain a photograph of Klump by Hand Slapping it. In Gang-Plank Galleon's fake ending credits, Klump is credited for doing the game's 'KONCEPT'. Despite their strength, Klumps can be defeated by nearly any attack, including: throwing a barrel at it, ramming into it with Rambi the Rhino, a frontal attack ( rolling/ cartwheeling into it), or by having Donkey Kong jump on them. They subsequently appear in some levels later into the game, half of which appear in Kremkroc Industries, Inc.Дue to their helmet, Klumps are unfazed by a jumping attack from Diddy Kong, but will be pushed back a bit if Diddy does jump on one.
